Google API Data Disclosure

SalesDr.ai ("we," "our," or "us") integrates with Google Workspace APIs to provide calendar-based meeting scheduling and recording features. This page describes how we access, use, store, and protect data obtained through those APIs, and attests our compliance with Google's Limited Use requirements.

When you authorize SalesDr.ai with your Google account, we may request access to the following data:

Google Calendar (read-only): We read your calendar events to automatically detect upcoming sales calls and schedule recordings. We do not create, modify, or delete calendar events.

Google Account Profile (email & name): We use your Google account email address and display name solely for authentication and to personalize your SalesDr.ai account.

SalesDr.ai strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy's Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the SalesDr.ai service features that are visible to and requested by the user.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, or as required by law.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Google user data accessed by SalesDr.ai is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). Data is isolated per organization and is never shared across accounts. Calendar event data is used transiently to schedule recordings and is not retained beyond what is necessary to fulfill that purpose.

You may revoke SalesDr.ai's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your Google data. You may also delete your SalesDr.ai account entirely through the app settings, which removes all associated data within 30 days.

We do not sell Google user data. We share Google user data only with service providers who assist us in operating SalesDr.ai (such as cloud hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. All such providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws.
